We always stay at Nongshim hotel when visiting Busan as all the rooms have hot spring water so you can bathe and relax in the comfort of your room.
Unless you are keen on hot spring water bathing this hotel isn't an obvious 5 stars. It shows its age and the service level is also not 5 star hotel standard.

The room was generally ok. The hot spring started at 6:30 in the morning, which caused some noise when people were walking back and forth. However, the hot spring was really nice. Depending on the room rate, it was sometimes included and sometimes not. You get what you pay for.
