I was assigned to the 3rd floor, and as soon as I got off the elevator, the hallway was filled with the smell of cigarettes. I don't know if they were smoking in the emergency exit. In addition, there was a playroom for children, but they were running around in the hallway, so I couldn't rest comfortably. We stayed with four people, and the room was very spacious and comfortable with plenty of room.
We didn't have enough bathrobes, so we told the front desk and they brought some right away. The staff were very kind and polite. There was someone who spoke Japanese, so it was reassuring. The bathroom had a bathtub, and although it was in the same room as the toilet, it was spacious so you could take a leisurely bath. I was also happy to have a washlet. There was only one small refrigerator. It would have been nice if there was a freezer.

We did our shopping in Nampo-dong Jagalchi, so it was a bit far to bring our groceries back to the hotel.
