The management at EZStay Busan do not keep their advertised promises or put customers first. In my exerience the manager even yelled at me when I asked to use the promised laundry facilities. I was told by the manager that the laundry facilities were not available even though the website said that laudnry is a avaliable at any time for the customers. He seemed very angry and yelled at me when I asked him why they are not available like the website said they would be. The manager even told me it was my problem and not his problem that my husband and I needed to use the laundry. The real kicker for me is that the reason I booked this place is because of the promised laundry facilities. I would not suggest that anyone stay here and deal with that kind of treatment and broken promises. Obviously the manager does not care about the needs of his customers. Find somewhere else to stay, there are many other inexpensive options in the area.

We had a dreadful experience! Our room door wouldn’t open. We alerted the manager who rudely told us we’d have to wait for an engineer. At no point did he apologise but he shouted at and was abusive to female members of staff. As women ourselves, we felt very intimidated by him. The “three bed room” was very small. It was like a rabbit hutch and we had nowhere to put our luggage. The third bed was a thin futon, not a bed. The room was run down and dirty. No sheets were provided so you slept on bedding used by other people. It was very noisy with loud music in the local area. The breakfast was very basic.
