簡直是神來之筆的酒店！房間面朝大海，比想象的大好多，而且特別乾淨！早上起來看見美景真是太好啦！釜山站行李還可以送到酒店，解放雙手！住了一晚發現對這個酒店開發度不足10%！早上salon還有免費小點心，超級無敵舒服呀！泳池更是最最最愛！

The staff were very smart and helpful.
In particular, the staff at the pool were very kind.
The hotel has an ocean concept, and the tiles and colors were very nice. The bed linens and mattresses were also very good, so I was able to sleep soundly.
The location is a little far from Busan Station, but it was only about 30 minutes by taxi, and there are many shops around Haeundae, so it didn't feel inconvenient.
I would like to stay here again when I come to Busan.

I liked the hotel, very nice pool. There were just lots of staff walking around. They did really try hard to act being polite and nice but there was too much acting in their behavior. Specially during breakfast, despite being polite they have had a very judging face, I asked if we could take out the coffee, they could have said no but the staff said “there are no such services provided”. I might be very picky but it would be better to work on how the staff are greeting the guest.

The hotel is amazing, from check in to the room and the free lounge services for guests. The beach view from the room is amazing and it is a good getaway! Will highly recommend anyone to stay here!
