The bed linen was very dirty, we asked to replace it but they brought the same thing. A stain, hair, etc. The tap in the shower was leaking and it was impossible to take a bath. I had to buy a hose myself and replace it. But the staff is good! Unfortunately, the video was deleted.

2박인데 이불커버하고 베개커버도 교체도 않해주는것 같고 교체된 수건은 실밥이 너덜너덜하고 사용중 찢어주고 치약 칫솔도 추가도 않해주고 가격이 30만원 넘는데 비하여 광고와 달리 시설과 방이 너무도 차이가 많이나 사기. 당한 느낌 ㅠㅠ

We stayed for three days. No one cleaned the room for us on the second day. We had to go to the front desk to ask for cleaning on the third day. Everything else was ok. The sanitation was clean. But the furniture had a strong smell of moldy wood. Maybe it was an unavoidable problem due to the environment.

Very close to Haeundae Beach, it is very convenient to take a bus and eat around. The man at the front desk can speak English, but the woman can't. You only need to report your name when you check in, and they don't look at any ID, which is a bit weird
