I went to have my luggage stored an hour before check-in, but there was no one there. The front desk is on the second floor, so it was a pain to go up and down the stairs to get there. I stayed alone. Check-in is basically automatic, so even those who don't speak Korean can feel at ease. The room was clean for the price, and the shower had hot water quickly. Generally, it is very convenient, but the hotel is a little way down the road so it is easy to get lost.
