Very, very bad. We booked a quad room for over 2,000 RMB. However, when we got in, the room was very shabby. It was totally different from the photos. There was only a very simple bed on the floor. When we asked the owner how the other two people would stay, he said we had to sleep in the living room facing the toilet and put another blanket on it. The whole room reeked of the toilet. We negotiated with the clerk repeatedly, but they refused to cancel our reservation. It was a complete deception. Our pleasant journey was completely ruined. We bought a flight ticket for the next day and interrupted our trip. It was a nightmare.

The rooms are a bit old and would need some work, but everything worked correctly and was clean. Big bathtub, warm and soft bed, quiet. 👍🏼 The only bad thing was that the heater wasn’t very strong, and although we put it up to 32C, the room was cold. But overall, the price/service was perfect. You also have free coffee 😁
