We loved the hotel for its location, cross the road and enjoy the see. The location is great in general. Underground is just 10 minutes in foot, bus station is even less, there are a lot shops, cafes, restaurants not far from the hotel.
Our room was pretty clean and big, there was a cooker, fridge, the washer/ dryer and we were given an iron.
Unfortunately, toothpaste and toothbrushes one has to buy themselves and the check-in is after 3pm but there aren't many hotels where one can find earlier check-in.
So, if you arrive after 3om and would like to enjoy the sea without spending hours getting there, we definitely recommend the hotel.

櫃檯奶奶非常親切！離地鐵很近，去金浦國際機場的話走去地鐵+搭地鐵的時間大約半小時就能到～且對面有24小時超市，雖然不能退稅但也可以買的很開心！價格不貴，附近也有outlet/大創/美食/藥店/投幣式洗衣，不會無聊唷！

Very good location. A real shower.
The sea view is a very nice plus. The only downside would perhaps be the elevators. Only two for the 22 floors. Okay, it can take a long time.

Aside from being close to Haeundae Beach, there's no real advantage. It's not clean, and using the elevator and parking to get to the accommodations is incredibly inconvenient.
