Because their regular residents and tourists are mixed in two buildings, they live in different floors and need to swipe different access cards; but despite this, due to the large number of people entering and leaving every day, their first floor management is very chaotic. On the day of check-in, because there was no clear guidance, I looked for the check-in entrance for a long time, and finally I knew that I had to take the elevator to B5. When checking in, there is no need to show your ID card at all, just show the hotel confirmation to the front desk; then he will give you a blank paper and tell you to write down your credit card number and expiration date, they will deduct the deposit, and then take you to the room you are in and leave. From then on, you will no longer find the front desk staff, because their counter is not always staffed, so if you have any questions and go to B5, you will not see anyone, you can only call, but no one will answer the phone, which is amazing. Therefore, if you choose to stay here, you have to think about what to do with your luggage when you check out, because they do not provide luggage storage services. However, even if they do, you will not be assured because no one is on duty. You don't know if there is anyone when you go to pick it up, so this is an extremely unsmooth and inconvenient place, which is very unfriendly to family travelers. Secondly, let's talk about the environment and sanitation. Ctrip shows that this hotel will open in 2025, but when you actually go there, you will find that it is completely different from what you imagined. Whether it is the hardware facilities or the cleanliness, it is astonishing. It is no exaggeration to say that any four-star or five-star hotel in China that opened 10 years ago will do better than them. In addition, it is worth mentioning that the power socket here is the most common double round hole socket in South Korea, and there is no converter in the room. It doesn't matter. I can bring it myself and buy it myself, but the problem is that it is loose and about to fall off when plugged in. Every one of them is like this. You need to pad it with something hard to ensure that it does not fall off in order to charge smoothly. In addition, maybe because they are a 'Residence', after checking in, you need to sort the garbage yourself. On average, the aunt will come to clean the room once every 4 nights. Otherwise, clean towels and drinking water will be placed at the door of your room for you to replace every day, and there is no other service. Finally, let's talk about the environment. The corner sea view suite mentioned can indeed be seen, but the angle is biased. It is not a sea view seen from a front floor-to-ceiling window. It is divided by several window frames and blocked by a glass door, so it is not good. At more than 8 o'clock in the morning on the day of departure, the speaker in the room suddenly sounded and played two Korean broadcasts. In fact, I don’t know what it said because it was not reported again in English, but it was very scary. Some people were still sleeping, and some were concentrating on packing their luggage. Suddenly, the broadcast came out, and I noticed that there was a speaker above the room. It was speechless. When I went downstairs to return the room card, there was still no one at the front desk. I put the room card in the mailbox and left quickly with my suitcase. I don’t know how Ctrip recommended this hotel? It's even more inexplicable why the score is so high? It's such a disappointment! On the first night of our stay, I negotiated with the hotel to check out early, even if I had to pay part of the penalty. Even after Ctrip customer service intervened, the hotel's attitude was very tough from beginning to end and rejected my application. We were 3 adults and 1 child, and stayed for a total of 3 nights. The total room fee was nearly 12,000 yuan, and the average room fee was 4,000 yuan per night. It shouldn't be cheap, right? To be honest, I was very disappointed. This kind of place may only be suitable for large family or relatives and friends gatherings like local Koreans. Everyone brings their own small appliances, snacks, drinks, etc., and stays here for a week or two to spend a happy time, but it absolutely, absolutely does not meet the Chinese people's selection standards for hotels on vacation. I strongly recommend that everyone avoid pits! Don't choose this hotel as your choice for a trip to Busan, because you won't have a perfect vacation.

I booked it right away because it was on sale and stayed with my parents. I was a little worried because the reception was on the 5th basement floor with only a table. After storing my luggage, they brought it up to my room, and I was surprised by the detailed service and clean facilities. The upgraded room on the 57th floor had 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms, and it was a great place with a great view. The front view of the ocean was rather bland. This place, El City, had the best view, embracing the ocean, the beach, and the beautiful buildings on the beach. And the night view is also amazing. I had the best vacation thanks to El City.

I booked the cheapest room, but the front desk staff changed it to the best room, and it was a very good accommodation that was more than 5 times more satisfying than the price I paid. That's why I'm using LCT.
