SOTA SUITE Busan Seomyeon Reviews

Check-in time is 3pm. I arrived at 4:30pm and they said the room was not ready yet and I had to wait another 10 minutes. Then I went to the room but the washing machine was not working because the water valve was not turned on. It was leaking a lot. I was satisfied with all other hardware facilities.

The hotel is very new. The room has an electric stove, washing machine, refrigerator. The room is clean. There are 2 bottles of water in the refrigerator. Breakfast is simple: bread, rice, boiled eggs, soup, coffee, juice. I recommend going early in the morning. I went at 9:00 and the boiled eggs were all gone.

The accommodation was quite surprising, with one bedroom, one living room and one bathroom, just like a house. Most of the home appliances are Samsung, LG and other products. The hotel will not open until 2025 and should be rented out together with the serviced apartments. There is a washing machine, but you need to bring your own laundry supplies. You cannot cook, but there is an oven and microwave. The TV is a smart TV and can watch Netflix and YouTube. If you stay two nights or more, you can request room cleaning, changing towels and replenishing bottled water, etc. Door keys and hotel services can also be contacted through the website. There were two flaws. One was that I forgot to refill the bottled water for three nights, so I basically had to boil water myself, and even after contacting them in time, they didn't refill it. The other was that the water temperature was not very stable, always fluctuating between very hot and very cold. There is a fitness room with an open environment, but not much equipment. Breakfast was included, but it was very simple and we chose to eat out most days. Friends who are traveling by car can also rest assured that there is a spacious and comfortable parking lot, and they can park for free before checking out.  All in all, it is a hotel that pleasantly surprised us and we would like to stay again. 

A wonderful hotel where you can stay as if you were living in Korea! There are two nearby stations, so it's easy to get to, and it's close to Seomyeon Station, so it's great for shopping. It just opened, so it was really clean and the facilities were the latest, so it was super comfortable! The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator (freezer), microwave, washing machine, etc. There's plenty of storage space, so it's great for long-term stays. The shower and toilet are in the same place, but the door closes tightly so it's comfortable and doesn't get wet. This hotel was worth more than the price! I'd definitely like to stay here again when I come to Busan!

The counter staff can speak Chinese. The hotel facilities are very new. The price is reasonable. The location is also good. It is very close to the subway station. There are shopping districts nearby. I would like to stay here again next time I go to Seomyeon!

Very clean and comfortable, close to the subway and business district, very convenient, I will come again next time. There are washing machines and ovens, very considerate. There is a 7-11 downstairs, and there are 24-hour restaurants opposite and nearby, so you don't have to worry about being hungry in the middle of the night.

The facilities are complete, clean and sanitary. The windows face the sea directly, which is very beautiful. It is also very close to the subway. There is a convenience store downstairs, which is very convenient. I will come again next time!
