벡스코에서 일정이 있어서 예약했는데 도보로도 가능하고 주변 편의시설 많아서 정말 좋았어요

職員居然可以因找不到我的預訂而態度惡劣。是續住的，需要換房間。他們要我先11:00 check out 再重新15:00 check in。入住酒店要換房間居然也可以開罪職員。租個房間休息，但因前一晚那房間的床褥太破，不用按壓就可感覺到彈簧形狀，一整晚躺在金屬上痛的睡不着。因設施問題間未能休息，當然沒有人有興趣道歉，反而快速表現不悅態度，進而先發制人罵起來。客人還沒罵你們出租破床(床架也搖搖欲墜）。真的只會死鬥，不會解決問題，沒專業常識。
基本上什麼都讓他們怒惱，例如忘記帶門卡這種一般酒店可立刻解決的小問題。避免直接交流是生存之道。入住數天問他們怎樣處理垃圾，一直支吾以對，完全沒回應，也不管房間可能有變壞發臭的垃圾。
若非一個冷靜的人，又必須與他們溝通，是極可能發生爭執的。他們做服務業的也不收斂一下脾氣，只會小事化大，明明準備戰鬥又說只是說話。要是大呼小叫是平常事，那就更不推薦這個地方。最討厭看到不相干的人的低情商。
