The room is very nice, with complete layout and facilities. You can watch the sunrise while lying on the bed. Downstairs is the commercial street, and across the street is the beach. It is very convenient for eating and playing, and not far from the subway station. The hotel's front desk is on the third floor. To be honest, I didn't use any service. I didn't interact with the service staff except for check-in and check-out. Overall, I am satisfied. If I come to Busan next time, I will consider staying here again.

Overall the hotel is very new, the room is spacious, the smart TV is easy to use, quite popular among both international and local guests. The convenience store inside the hotel 1st floor is great especially during winter time, we don't need to go out of the building at all. Also you can refill your water bottles at the dispenser located on every floor.
We arrived earlier than the check in time, there are self serviced lockers for storing baggages. And then the hotel staff invited us to check in 1 hour earlier. The desks on the 3rd floor has a good view of the beach and like a modern co working space.
However, there is no cotton pads / hair brush provided, which is a bit inconvenient.

Very close to the beach, great views, the right size of the place, absolutely no problem to put two suitcases, the toilet is big enough, will stay again the next time I go again, the family is very satisfied.
