Radiant Nampo Hotel

飯店寄行李要密碼，但是事先寄了信箱都沒回應到了現場根本不知道要怎麼寄行李，因為那是無人櫃檯只有一個語言不通的警衛大哥，而且那棟大樓的飯店不只一家，為了寄行李延誤了很多時間，加他們Line他會傳所有密碼給你，房間連個杯子也沒有，枕頭套黃黃的反應過後說沒枕頭，所以拿枕頭套來給我們換，隔天會在門口放浴巾和礦泉水，但是那浴巾看起來很舊，而且只有一人份我都搞不清楚那到底是要擦身體還是要鋪地板，傳訊息給飯店，隔天早上退房前才回應我，這點我覺得蠻不OK的！不然房間是海景房還蠻不錯的那個景很好，但是可能是房間設計的關係沒有地方開第二個大行李！

自助入住，line溝通大致上都能及時獲得回覆。 酒店位置優越，乾淨舒適、冰箱空間超大！且房內配備有洗衣機可使用。

오랜만에 부산여행으로 이동이 쉬운 곳으로 숙소를 잡았는데 위치도 좋고 저렴하게 예약했는데 컨디션도 좋았어요! 레지던스 스타일이라 냉장고 큰게 최고로 좋았어요! 침대도 쇼파도 편하고 좋았어요! 다음에도 또 부산 여행때 예약할거 같아요~

If you don't have a local number, you can't check in. I was really surprised. The room was clean and the location was good, so that's the only disappointing thing. There's no front desk, so I'm at a loss. A local person lent me his cell phone and I contacted the hotel, but they said they'd be there soon, so please wait. An hour passed... I borrowed his cell phone from another person and called, asking if it was there yet, but they only had one room reserved. What? I had reserved three rooms. We went back and forth like that for 30 minutes. We'd caused trouble for the local person, and the hotel staff never showed up... It was so careless. I'd think about it a second time.
