Super nice location...close proximity to shopping malls (Lotte and Shinsegae), and many restaurants & shops. Professional staff and good customer service. Overall, a fantastic hotel… Especially great for the price… Only a few items that could be improved... wished they had faster elevators and the parking garage was "very tight" with narrow passages and small parking stalls.

As soon as I entered, there was a long hair stuck on the back of the bed. I don't know if it was because it didn't fall out, but it was a bit like that.
Still, it was close to the elevator and inside, so it wasn't noisy, and other than the hair, it was clean and the staff was friendly, so it was nice.

First time staying here. The front desk staff had a good service attitude. Looking out the window was a construction site. Fortunately, it was facing the scenery. It was a bit noisy in the morning. The room is slightly small, but the bathroom is spacious and clean. New World Department Store is close to the hotel. I will consider staying there next time.
