立地が最高！南浦、チャガルチどちらの駅も近く、バス停も直ぐなので 移動が便利。観光してホテルでシャワー浴びてからチャガルチ市場、BIFF広場、国際市場など 徒歩圏内て飲食買い物が楽しめて、釜山タワーもついでに行ける。
チャガルチ市場2階の刺身をしゃぶしゃぶでと勧められたのが最高旨し！ミルミョン、なっこぷせも 何でもある。
影島、松島ケーブル、甘川文化村も近い。
釜山に行く時は 是非また泊まりたい宿。

This hotel is a must-visit in Busan, located right in front of Nampo-dong.
The sights, food, and hotel facilities are all clean and nice.
The only downside is that the parking lot is mechanical, so larger vehicles may have to park further away. I didn't request breakfast, but I recommend checking out the food before making your choice. 👍

이틀날 갑작스러운 장례식 일이 생겨 2박 중 1박을 환불받게 되었고, 하루 입실이 늦어진 금액은 지불하였습니다. 그래서 거의 2박 3일과 같은 돈을 지불하였습니다. 이건 저희 책임이니 사실 상관이 없었습니다. 그리고 2시간 후 상황이 바뀌어 어려우실 거 알지만 혹시 몰라 재예약 가능한지 남자친구가 여쭤보았습니다. 물론 호텔 정책상 어려울 수 있는 건 충분히 이해하지만, 응대 과정에서 응대가 너무 딱딱하고 바로 전화를 끊는 모습이 고객 입장에서 아쉬운 태도였습니다.
직원분들의 전반적인 응대가 무뚝뚝해서 아쉬웠지만 호텔 자체의 시설이나 위치는 만족스러웠기에, 앞으로는 고객 응대 면에서도 조금 더 따뜻한 태도로 해주시면 좋겠습니다. 저희도 돈을 내고 정당하게 호텔 규정으로 따랐다고 생각합니다.
벌레가 한마리 나왔는데 저희는 벌레를 그렇게 무서워하는 편이 아니라 큰 상관은 없었습니다.

I booked a family room.
Located in the heart of Nampo-dong, it was the perfect location for visiting Jagalchi Market and Busan Tower. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. The hotel's mascot cat welcomed me.
The shampoo contains conditioner, so if you don't like it, it's best to bring your own. No toothbrushes are provided.
Breakfast was delicious, but the dining area was small and it was difficult to find a seat when it was busy. I recommend leaving the hotel with plenty of time.

7月中旬に2泊3日でお世話になりました。南浦洞にホテルを取るのは今回初めてでしたが、とても便利なロケーションで地下鉄やバス等どの交通機関を利用するにも便利で近くにはコンビニもあり、信号を渡ればBIFF広場や国際市場と観光するにはもってこいでした。当日は空港到着から大雨でホテルまでタクシーで乗り付けとりあえず荷物だけ預けてどこかカフェでゆっくりしようと思っていた所チェックインの時間より前でしたがもうお部屋の用意が出来てるとの事で部屋を利用する事が出来て、本当に助かりました。少し雨が小降りになるまで部屋でゆっくりする事が出来それから遅めのランチにBIFF広場の方まで行きました。アメニティは綿棒とゴーム等歯ブラシなどな無いので持っていかれる事をオススメします。スリッパは使い捨てのが日数分提供されるようで翌日追加で置かれていました。お水も同様です。また釜山に旅行に行く際にはスタンフォードさんにお世話になりたいと思います。
