Central Park Hotel Busan

There are stairs to the front desk of the hotel, and there is no ramp, so you have to lift your heavy suitcase by hand every time, which is inconvenient! There was a small elevator with a handicapped person's sign, but it was not turned on and could not be used. Even when I told the front desk staff that I wanted to use it, they refused because they seemed to be skimping on electricity. The location is very good. The bus stop, subway, and Lotte Department Store are within walking distance, so it is convenient. The room was never cleaned in the three nights I stayed there, so I had to go to the front desk to get toilet paper and towels myself. The light above the sink near the entrance where you wash your face is a sensor light that goes dark in three minutes, so I have to go back and turn it on multiple times, which is the worst kind of trouble. I don't understand the point of having a sensor. There are some front desk staff who are friendly and some who are the worst kind of rude. The room was not cleaned properly, and the mirror was covered in fingerprints and had not been wiped, so it was a bit disgusting. There was only one bottle of water in the refrigerator on the first day.
