It's too late if they send an email after we've already left Japan. Usually, the phone is set to airplane mode until you enter the hotel room. If you don't do that, you'll be charged a considerable amount of overseas mobile phone usage fees, so most travelers leave the phone set to airplane mode only after entering the accommodation and connecting to Wi-fi. If this item is not improved, overseas customers will never use it again. I hope for an immediate improvement.
