Later, I contacted the hotel by phone and email, but the communication was not pleasant. They asked us to find a certain website, but the fact is that only the hotel can provide these. The hotel passed the buck. Ctrip collected the deposit, but it had no way to decide whether the hotel would issue a bill or not.
