LLisa-cyezThe hotel looks stylish and beautiful. It is a Hilton International chain brand, so the quality is guaranteed.
Its underground parking lot is very high-end. The roller shutter door will automatically open when the car arrives. The parking lot is clean, bright and modern. Parking is also free.
The hotel's breakfast is also very good. In addition to Turkish characteristics, it also adheres to the supply content of the chain hotel.
There is a large supermarket next to the hotel, which is very convenient for shopping.
There are many restaurants across the road. It is convenient to walk from the pedestrian bridge. Don't drive, otherwise you will have to go around a long way to get to the other side of the road.

GGuest UserOur stay at Crown Plaza Bursa was wonderful, and the room was upgraded to a superior room, which was very spacious with all the amenities anybody needs.
Breakfast was so tasty with a large selection of food that all you desired was just in front of your eyes, plus the choice of preparing any special dish on the spot by the chef.
All staff at the hotel from reception to housekeeping and waiters were very professional and doing everything to serve guests satisfactory.
I would like to thank Ms CARMEN, the guest relation manager, for her outstanding assistance for hotel guests that made our stay very unique and memorable which will make us go back soon and tell all of our friends and relatives and any body who want to really enjoy Bursa is to stay at this hotel.

GGuest UserHygiene was good and the food was good, everything was considered for comfort, but we were not informed that the mini bar was chargeable and they made us pay 860 TL for 3 drinks and nuts at the exit. We also had dinner with room service twice and since the prices on the menus in the rooms were not up to date, we paid close to 2000 TL for 2 people for 2 meals of dinner, which were pizza and pasta. They seem to be trying to rip people off, there is a lack of information, which is a big deficiency for such a nice hotel.

MM.I.A_MoI recently stayed here for 2 nights, and everything was fantastic. The apartment was easy to find using Google Maps, and it offers free parking conveniently close to the main entrance. The owner was very helpful and even assisted us with bringing our luggage to our room, which made our arrival so much easier. The apartment was clean, the bed super comfortable, and it was well-equipped, making for a very comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience

NNurDas Hotel befindet sich fußläufig in etwa 30 min Entfernung zur großen Moschee (Ulu Camii), Bus zum Bus-Terminal (für die Anreise aus Istanbul) sind es mit dem Auto lediglich ca 15min.
Das Hotel punktet durch das besonders freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal, tollem Frühstück, sauberen Zimmern mit moderner Ausstattung. Vom Feeling her ist es für mich eher ein 3 Sterne Superior oder 4 Sterne Hotel.
Zu bemängeln: Die Tapete in meinem Zimmer war an einer kleinen Stelle aufgerissen, und die Fenster konnte man nicht dicht schließen, was dazu führte dass etwas Lärm von den Straßen (vorbeifahrende Autos) zu hören war. Für solche Fälle habe ich gerne Ohrstöpsel/Kopfhörer dabei.
Trotzdem würde ich das Hotel aufgrund des Preis Leistungs Verhältnisses und der guten Lage immer wieder gerne buchen.

NNiBu2000The hotel is in a very good location on the edge of the old town and the Bazaar. However, it can be a little loud at night as the train runs along there and some people are also on the way there.
The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is typical Turkish but not exceptional. The hotel has come something in the years, but in any case very priced.

DDr. Dennis E. EricsonIt's very near to Ulucami where I guess the most visit worthy point of the Bursa since all those shops around it include silk shops. The room was very clean and the bathroom was good. The only problem is the bed was smaller. I guess even if I paid for two beds they wrongly gave me one bed it wasn't fit for two people to sleep comfortably. Their breakfast is average but terrace view during the breakfast was hilarious.

JJessigzThe road in Bursa was steep and narrow, and by that time we didn't know how to enter the parking lot, and the staff took the initiative to help us drive to the parking lot. Very close to the Grand Mosque, there are many delicious and cheap restaurants nearby.
