Very average, the most run-down Sheraton I've ever stayed in.
I didn't read the information carefully when I checked in, and I didn't realize I hadn't registered for the executive lounge until I checked in. The curtains in the room fell off as soon as I pulled them. I'm sure I'm definitely not the first one to have them fall off. They were fixed quickly, but I don't understand why such an obvious problem can't be solved systematically?
The only thing I think is good is the executive lounge, the view and food are all good, and the hotel has a Turkish bath experience + sauna room.

The hotel was clean and nice as always. The pizza was great. We also ordered a dessert that looked amazing this time, but unfortunately it did not suit our taste. It would be better if a blanket was laid instead of a thin blanket in the summer.

Me and my wife stayed here and they treated us so nicely, the staff were very friendly and even decorated the bed with flowers as a surprise!
The staff were very helpful and polite, they answered the phone when we called and responded very promptly!
The room itself was very nice, neat and tidy with an amazing bathroom.
I am looking forward to staying at sheraton again in the future.
