入住體驗非常差，入住的時候被服務人員收取小費，而且我本來已經通過公司賬號付過錢了，前台稱沒有付，要求我再次付款，結果離開的時候讓他們核查的時候，又説收到了付款，錢衹能通過信用卡系統退給我，等了一個月了，也沒有退我多收的按金，且對中國人態度不友好，英語差

Bursa içini gezmek için oda kahvaltı hizmet veren bir otel. Konumu çok güzel, odaları çok güzel. Bursa'nın merkezini ve trend ilçelerini gezdikten sonra kolayca otele dönüş yapılabilmektedir. Ekim ayında 3 gece 4 gün konakladık, memnun kaldık.

In general, the hotel is OK. It is well located for a business trip, close to the main axis, on the peripheral of Bursa. Unfortunately the spa was in repairing.
We took the breakfast, which was just correct.
Positive : room and bathroom are confortable, bed is correct, no noise from outside, god rate.
Negative : Heating is crazy too high (25°C without possibility to decrease it ! I had to open the window), Noise from the neighbours during the all night.

Personale molto accogliente e gentile. La stanza è ottima e facilmente accessibile dalle strade di maggior traffico. E' vicinissima ad una stazione della metro che in circa 20 minuti porta nel centro di Bursa. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo

Nothing to complain. It was enough for us in a travel group of 23 people. Our big bags were sent to our room without a hitch. Breakfast was good, enough food to chew, haha. Some of us even took the teabags, bread etc from the dining room for our journey

Dış hava sıcaklığı şu an 3C. Otelin restaurantında tabii ki sigara içmek yasak. Peki sigara içmek isterseniz, balkona çıkarsınız, yağmur buz gibi. Müşterisine bunu şayık gören işletmeye kimse kusura bakmasın ben işletme diyemiyorum. Anlasığım şu; 10 m2 alanı kapatıp, içine bir ısıtıcıyı koymaktan dahi acizler.
