The facilities and condition of the room given to me, other than the understanding of the person in charge at the reception, were terrible. I have traveled to many parts of the world and stayed in many different hotels. We were told that we would enter the room with a key, we could not look at other rooms because we were in a hurry, but the card opening system had been removed, the door could not be locked from the inside and we did not feel safe. Stains on hotel towels should not be considered normal, after all, they are body towels. This is the first time in my life that I have seen a hotel slipper get like this after wearing it twice. There is also this in Bursa, there are a lot of towels and slippers in the market. I left the WiFi signal in the room, even our own internet did not work. There was no device to direct the water in the shower down, the screw of the door handle was out and the onion smell coming from the shower ventilation in the morning was so bad that we left the room gagging. The refrigerator was almost at room temperature anyway. We changed rooms and moved to a slightly better room. The tables on the floor we went up to for breakfast were sticky. A lot of tourists come to this hotel and the fact that a food court with a great view was cleaned so carelessly and that the breakfast items were served completely open was a huge minus. You have a hotel that can be great when you love your job, please don't forget that you represent us. I was upset if maybe breakfast was paid but it was cleaner. The hotel has a great location but it doesn't have a parking lot, I wouldn't want to pay almost half of the price of my stay for the parking lot it says it has a contract with. I hope they increase their quality and cleanliness preference.
