Hepanyishu Holiday Hotel

I chose this hotel because it is very close to Burqin Bridge. The photos are very beautiful. As soon as we arrived at the hotel lobby, the staff told us to wait for us. We booked three superior twin rooms. We made an online reservation and originally there was no breakfast. We had breakfast delivered, which was a big surprise. Going out to find breakfast in the morning is always a headache. The room is big and clean. The lighting outside the hotel is very beautiful at night, and it’s great for taking photos. The breakfast restaurant next to it is large and spacious, and it’s very comfortable to sit in. It’s a pity that if we want to have dinner here in the evening, they are only busy recruiting group meals, so we individual travelers said we have to wait. We left after an hour without eating here. We hope this can be improved, otherwise it will be difficult to attract people to come back next time. The overall room facilities, hotel services, etc. are all of first-class quality and I am very satisfied.

First of all, when we entered the room, we found that there were hairs under the sheets. We booked a twin room and both beds had hairs. We contacted the hotel front desk to change rooms. The hotel front desk asked the housekeeping lady to give us the room card. I said let me take a look at this room first. Sure enough, there were still hairs. I really don't understand how the hygiene can be so bad. It was late at night and it was the peak tourist season. The hotel asked us to check out and find other hotels. They were worried that we would write a bad review for them. I really don't understand this solution. They chased the guests away at more than 12 o'clock in the morning and checked out the next day as if nothing had happened. No one apologized to us in person. The housekeeping lady also had a bad attitude when she came to our room to communicate with us the night before. For a hotel like this, they charge six or seven hundred yuan. I feel it is too expensive for one or two hundred yuan.

The hotel is right next to the Internet Celebrity Bridge. It is very convenient. The room is big and breakfast is provided.
