Hesheng Villa

每年到禾木滑雪都住在禾盛，因為服務太好了！從到酒店開始，管家就親自幫忙搬行李，用小電動車送到房間門口。每個服務人員都笑容可鞠，彬彬有禮，今年衹訂到兩天房間，第三天匆忙出門忘了續房，前台的女孩主動幫我協調了其他客人換房，讓我續住在原房間不用折騰了，真心是為客人做到了極致！餐廳的大盤雞是我的最愛，其它菜品味道也很不錯。臨走的時候寄雪具也有專人負責幫忙郵寄，前台女孩還幫聯繫了下山的車，總之在禾盛遇到任何困難都會得到幫助，賓至如歸的感覺，從千里之外到禾木住禾盛山莊非常安心，大愛禾盛山莊，到禾木衹住禾盛了！

前台的小姐姐服務特別好，房間超乾淨，床品軟乎乎的，一點污漬都沒有，潔癖星人表示很安心。設施超棒，智能電視能投屏，我晚上躺在床上追番超爽。這酒店，愛了愛了，必須安利給我那幫愛旅遊的小夥伴！

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and the overall experience was fantastic! First of all, I was very impressed with the service at the front desk. They were very welcoming, professional, and very attentive. From check-in to check-out, they always greeted me with a smile, patiently answered all my questions, and provided some very useful travel tips. I was very pleased with the feeling of being at home, and the hotel also provided free pick-up and drop-off service to the ski resort, which was a huge plus for me. Since skiing was the main purpose of my trip, this service not only saved me time and money, but also made it easier for me to get to the ski resort. The pick-up and drop-off process was also very smooth, and the driver was very friendly and punctual, which made me feel very at ease.

This stay was great! The room was clean and tidy, with all the facilities. I felt warm and comfortable as soon as I entered. The hotel's service was impeccable. When I checked in, the front desk lady was very enthusiastic and gave me a free breakfast. Later, because of my personal reasons, I needed to check out later, and the lady was very happy to extend my stay for two hours for free. It was really considerate! When I left, I had a lot of luggage, and I successfully checked it in at the front desk. If I have the chance in the future, I will definitely choose this hotel again!
