Paradise
My stay at Seaview Norfolk Island was wonderful.
I stayed in a cabin and it was very comfortable and immaculately clean.
The staff at Seaview go above and beyond to ensure you have an amazing time on Norfolk.
I will be going back in the future and hopefully i can return to Seaview.

Disappointed to arrive at Seaview to find that the pool had been drained. Would have been nice to know prior as I booked here because of the pool. Room smells musky & like it hasn’t been aired in years. Definitely wishing that I had booked elsewhere on Norfolk Island.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom cottage with a seaview overlooking Phillip Island. This was our 11th and 12th trip to Norfolk and our first time staying here. We were collected at the Airport and at check-in our rental car was waiting. Easy check in and rental agreement. The following morning we had a complimentary half day tour of the island with a knowledgeable bus driver. The cottage had everything you would need for a stay. There is no air conditioning but ceiling fans in bedrooms and lounge. Comfortable beds, sofas and outdoor furniture on the verandah. We sat out soaking up the view, tranquility and quietness while enjoying a beverage or two. Staff are friendly and most helpful. There is a bottle shop on site with nicely priced alcohol. So great, we have booked for February 2026.

Roosters making noise all night and day. No air-conditioning. The pool was close which was unfortunate. Good service and amenities.

It was huge disappointment and probably the worst accommodation I have ever booked. 1. Cockroaches ran regularly across the floor. 2. Was very difficult to unlock the front door to get into our room and on 2 occasions we had to remove a fly screen to get in. 3. Shower leaked badly. 4. Regularly water came from the fridge onto the kitchen floor. 5. TV reception was poor and regularly went off line. 6. Phone provided for local calls has no value available to make calls so was unusable. 7. Carpet was in very poor condition and my partner actually tripped over when we first entered the room. 8. Fridge did not cool as it should. 9. One of the room fans provided had a part of the leg missing. 10. Mosquitos were regular visitors and my partner has the spots to confirm.

Stayed in this property two times. The cottage is very comfortable with stunning sea view. Great service. Close to everything at the same time very quiet.
