I am staying in this hotel Feb 8th 2024 room 514. Very bad quality mattress. Sleep above metal spring feel my back bone stressed. Average breakfast taste and lack of variant menu. Santika and Triple Tree much better or staying option in Bukittingggi. Expensive hotel with horrible mattress quality.

Dengan harga yang lumayan murah, hotel seperti itu termasuk bagus dan sangat bersih, pelayanan kepada tamu juga ramah. Ketika itu kami merupakan rombongan keluarga yang didamnya terdapat orang tua, jadi karena kamar nya terletak di lantai atas, jadi sangat capek jika harus naik turun.
