За более чем 15 лет наших самостоятельных путешествий, этот отель и его управляющий Hasri оставили самые тёплые и светлые впечатления. Предварительно списались с представителем отеля с просьбой найти водителя и помочь составить маршрут для экскурсионного тура. Нас встретили не смотря на то, что рейс множество раз переносили, а весь следующий день мы провели в интереснейших и красивейших местах, которые нам порекомендовали. У нас был большой номер - семейный делюкс, с двумя кроватями и небольшим балконом. Со второго этажа вид и на закат, и на рассвет. Завтраки очень вкусные (Hasri, мы ждем рецепт вкусных лепешек и благодарим за вкусный Rendang!). Я не буду оценивать усталость или новизну отеля, боюсь, что буду пристрастна из-за того, что мы словно были в гостях, а не жили в отеле. Единственное, что я прямо очень сильно советую, если собрались посмотреть раффлезию, обязательно подготовьтесь к тому, что после дождя там очень грязно (обувь, какую не жалко); голые ноги будут посечены осокой и ноги могут пострадать от сухопутных пиявок, но всё это стоит того, чтобы увидеть это ботаническое чудо.

Stay started great. Owner was friendly. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Door hanging off the hinges but no big deal. Then things went strange and uncomfortable. We rented two scooters for 150 each (expensive) and one was so bad we couldn't use it. Then, without any communication, the owner asked for the keys at 10:30 pm (we thought we had till the morning). Then, he left me to negotiate with a man who spoke no English. That man kept saying the owner's name, but he was nowhere to be found. In the morning, I wanted to discuss this with the owner, but he quickly left and had his staff lock the wheel of the bike (I wouldn't use it without discussion). He wouldn't answer Whatsapp messages and I think he even blocked me. It was all unprofessional, strange, and uncomfortable. I couldn't sleep well that night because I was upset and confused. Our stay went from being great, to being quite bad, and we still don't really understand why. I suggest not to use any extra services if you stay here. Oh, also the noise is really loud in the room.

have to choose a homestay in Bukittinggi, go to Hasri at Villa Copenhagen! spacious room, with air conditioning, super comfortable bed and all toiletries in a real private bathroom. but above all it is your host Hasri who is a wonderful person. He will answer all your questions and help you organize a very good stay in Bukittinggi with his incredible address book and according to your own desires. And on top of all that, you will enjoy breakfasts prepared by him in the morning! Fresh produces and of course his unparalleled cooking talent! given the quality of the services, hurry to take advantage of this very good address before it becomes too well known!
