Was impressed with the gym facilities and sauna.
Room was is good condition and clean. Unfortunately fan wasn’t functioning. Swimming pool was under renovation.
Overall nice and quiet environment to stay.

I heard an unknown sound coming from the central air-conditioning mezzanine in the room. I asked the waiter and they said it might be a mouse, but it would not run into the room. But the next morning I found that the fruit in the living room was bitten, so disgusting🤢
There is nothing special around, and there is nothing for breakfast.
Follow-up: My daughter's electronic watch was left in the hotel room. I asked the customer service if they could help us send it to Penang. The reply was that they did not provide the service, and then they said they could not guarantee when it would arrive😮💨

Check in was very late at 5pm...because the room was not available...but late check out was not allowed. no towels provided, special requests were not honored. Hope the hotel can improve the quality of service.
