I stayed at the hotel from May 13 to 16. General impression of the hotel: Of the pros, I can highlight the fact that the hotel is on the second line from the road, very quiet and calm, the staff is polite and caring. Of all, I can highlight Shakhruza at the reception, she answered all my questions like a true professional in her field, suggested where I can eat deliciously in the city, where I can go. I can also highlight very good breakfasts (buffet). Very large and beautiful lobby. Of the cons, as you can see in the photo, almost "24 hours" they fixed my bath hanger in the shower, the room does not provide a toothbrush and toothpaste, the hotel is tired, the floors creak. The TV is very small with limited channels (I think 5-6 channels worked and only 2 channels in Russian about clairvoyants !!))) Summary: The price - quality is quite acceptable, especially for business trips, or passing through. Not the worst, but not the best!

It felt like we were visiting good friends! Incredibly nice and hospitable Alina and Angelica, we miss you! The hotel is very comfortable with a stunning lobby, huge cozy rooms. Great location close to the old city. Bukhara itself is a fairy tale! We really want to come back here more than once, to this hotel in particular. I definitely recommend it to everyone!

There was no pre-paid breakfast, no staff, rudeness, guests were left hungry. They were rude when writing in the complaints book. Breakfast was scheduled for 7 am, at 7:20 the tourists were already sitting. No staff showed up, we went to look for them, wake them up and ask for breakfast. Only one person with a manager's badge woke up, he was rude, sarcastic and said that he was not obliged to do anything. Then they brought a plate with cold bread, cold pancakes and cold croutons. And after that we waited for cups and tea for 30 minutes, there was no sugar, no napkins, no cutlery, no plates. The guests left without waiting.
