The hotel was very difficult to find by taxi drivers, and many of them would drop you a distance from the hotel. Also, hotel was very much overpriced for the room conditions and amenities. For two people in the room, it was very difficult to move around or even open the wardrobe as room was very tiny.
apart from that, the front desk staff were really amazing and helpful.

… ottimamente gestito dalla famiglia. Posizione impagabile nel centro, che permette di raggiungere a piedi ristoranti e monumenti. Camere stuccate in stile Khan di Bukhara, magari un po’ kitsch ma di grande effetto. Colazione ottima per la categoria

Lovely hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. Great location. This was the nicest hotel I had stayed in in Uzbekistan. The room and bathroom are nice. Breakfast was plentiful. My only issue was the second night when someone was staying in the room above. You can hear other occupants but I had ear plugs.

The three outstanding things about this hotel is firstly proximity to the old City square Labi Hauz (barely 100 mts away), secondly the outstanding service by the family members who run this hotel, and thirdly cleanliness and beauty if the rooms and restaurant. This stay was great in every way and would definitely highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Old City Bukhara. There are two restaurants Joy and Khoja Nuruddin (50 mts from hotel ) serving good Uzbek dishes.

Family-owned boutique hotel in the historic centre of beautiful Bukhara. To manage expectations: don’t expect a five-star hotel experience as the rooms are not very luxurious and the breakfast is relatively basic. So why then highest rating? That is a combination of the excellent location, the cleanliness of the rooms and, above all, the friendliness of the owners. Yes, it is so much nicer to support a family-owned hotel in a 500+ year old house that is trying to make a living than staying in a larger hotel part of a bigger chain!

Wonderful family hotel in the center of the old city. Very friendly host. Everything is new, the room is decorated in national style, beautiful bathroom, normal breakfast, the room is very quiet, except in the morning when the children go to the school located in this lane
