Room was fine , but the staff attitude specially those at breakfast area was horrible , breakfast quality doesn’t even compare to 3 stars hotels . Will never come back here , never

We were with a tour group and stayed in the hotel for a night. Hotel room is clean and spacious. There is a small convenience next to the hotel. We loved the breakfast provided. Wide variety of food with egg station and many types of dried fruits, fresh fruits, bread, salad etc. The dining tables were decorated with nice colourful runner. Manager Mokhidil and staff were very attentive and helpful. Highly recommended to stay.

As we entered the lobby, it was dark. No electricity and gas. One customer ahead of us was complaining about no hot water in 2 days.

Доброго времени суток. Останавливались в данном отеле. Брали два номера. Один на пятом, другой на четвёртом этаже. Отель большой, красивый. Наверно самый выделяющийся. Прекрасная локация, в пешей доступности исторический центр. Персонал жутко приятный!!! Номера. Просто огромные. Постели удобные. Не все было, например халаты, но попросили, сразу принесли. Но в одном номере, на четвёртом этаже, в душе еле шла, еле тёплая вода. При чем на пятом этаже все ок. Номера убирали каждый день. Завтрак очень хороший. Постоянно полные столы. За этим строго следят. В отеле есть спа. Но бесплатно только бассейн. А бани аж за 100 000 сум в час с человека!!!!! К тому же бани раздельные.... Плавали только в крытом бассейне. Очень тёплый и большой. Вообщем, снимаю одну звёздочку за платные и дорогие бани и напор воды в одном из номеров. А так рекомендую!!

Я не знаю, как в других номерах, но номер 723 ужасен. Во-первых, он очень маленький. Нас двое и в номере просто не повернуться. Пристроен какой-то короб, который перекрывает полкомнаты. Чемоданы поставить некуда. Места для одежды нет - ни одной полки! Напор воды слабый. В душе не закрываются створки, вся вода выливается. Полотенцесушитель отваливается. Чая два пакетика- черный и зеленый. А если мы оба хотим черный? В номере темнотища, света нормального нет. Кресло одно и то не помещается возле стола. В общем, не надо сюда селиться, ищите другой отель.

Hôtel assez récent. Chambres modernes et très spacieuses. Grande piscine intérieure ainsi qu'une piscine extérieure. Petit déjeuner très complet. Attention, l'hôtel est assez loin du centre historique (environ 20 minutes à pied). Seul bémol, le service au bar est amateur.

Hotel viejo y descuidado , la habitación es muy difícil la regadera se sale toda el agua , las alfombras sucias , tapices rotos , humedades , toallas viejas , almhoads de muy mala calidad, el desayuno bastante malo , definitivamente es un hotel que no merece 4 estrellas,
