My friends and I booked four rooms in this hotel in advance. We corresponded with the owner. We arrived at 8:00 PM. Of the four rooms, two were ready. Three of us were offered to live together. And they promised to prepare another room by 2 AM. No apologies, no explanations. The hotel is located far from the center on an unlit dusty street (only by car). Local children are swimming in the pool. Laundry is hanging and drying. What surprised me most was the owner's complete lack of understanding of his responsibilities and the rights of the client. Fortunately, Bukhara has many cheaper, more comfortable and well-located hotels with responsive and professional staff.
