Colibri Hotel

Very close to Bukhara station. The hotel is newly opened and has been in business for nearly four months. The facilities are new and the bedding is very clean with no stains or odor. The boss personally drives to pick you up and drop you off, and it's convenient to dine in the restaurant across the road. The front desk was very quick in calling a taxi in the morning.

Very very rubbish. 1 The price paid at the store is different from the price I set on Ctrip, with an increase of 25%. 2 We were not told in advance about payment and taxes when arriving at the store. We didn't know anything. As soon as we came in, they arranged for us to check in. When we left, they told us to pay the excess taxes or call the police. (It was 10:30 pm local time) 3 The most outrageous thing is that they raised the price in the middle of the night and asked us to pay US$80 per room. 4 The scariest thing is that the door cannot be locked. Even if we hold it backwards, we can open it directly by taking the card from outside. This is true for the two rooms we booked. 5 I ordered a triple room and a twin room, but the actual check-in was that the triple room can only accommodate two people, and the twin room can only accommodate one person. 6 While the problem was being dealt with, the front desk guy kept calling and making fun of us.
