Отдыхали здесь с мамой. Гостиница в принципе нормальная, но тут кругом обман! Пропускайте этот отель даже не рассматривайте, если не хотите чтобы на каждом шагу из вас делали дураков и разводили на деньги. При бронировании было сказано, что предоставляют бесплатный трансфер с вокзала/аэропорта, нам ничего не предоставили, на мой вопрос «Почему?», сказали, что только из аэропорта, тк он в 5 минутах езды. Хорошо. Дальше номер, который идет как «стандарт» и стоит дешевле всего на самом деле оказывается подвальным помещением, а фотографии которые там представлены оказываются от другого номера и, конечно, за него нужно доплатить. После длинного пути искать что-то другое уже не хотелось, мы доплатили. Дальше вам красиво рассказывают, что вам организуют бесплатную экскурсию по Бухаре, но вы уже поняли думаю. Взяв нас двоих и еще пару из Индии провезли нас по нескольким достопримечательностям, после завезли в ресторан где подают плов, вместе с обедом «экскурсия» занимала не больше 2х часов, ну и, конечно, экскурсией это сложно назвать нас просто привозили в место и все. Вернувшись в отель с нас потребовали деньги за экскурсию, на мой опять таки вопрос «вы же сказали бесплатно?» ответили, я вообще-то время и бензин тратил. Все чем они пытаются привлечь в объявлении ВСЕ ОБМАН, вас дальше будут разводить на деньги! И коронное этот горе-отельер просит отменить бронирование на букинге, уже не помню под каким предлогом. Но по факту это чтобы потом вы не оставили плохой отзыв! Откуда здесь взялся такой рейтинг я искренне не понимаю, потому что здесь тебя просто пытаются развести на всем. Кому что, конечно, нравится 🤷🏼♀️ название, кстати, поменяли) наверное по прошлому названию было много плохих отзывов)

Очень уютная гостиница, чистый номер,вкусные завтраки, вежливый и душевный персонал, Атмосфера очень благородная, все во скусом сделано, красивый нацыональный интернер погружается восток. Гостиница на высшем уровне 10/10 👍👍👍

Agréable hôtel avec une très bonne situation, très près des monuments à visiter dans le centre-ville historique. La décoration est très jolie. Nous étions dans une chambre au rez-de-chaussée donn sur une cour intérieure, le seul inconvénient c'est qu'il fallait allumer la lumière la journée mais la chambre était très calme, la salle de bain très fonctionnelle (avec une baignoire). le petit déjeuner était très correct, varié, dans une jolie salle.

Located conveniently close to all the touristy places you'd want to visit but hidden, off the beaten path, to remain quiet when you'd want to rest. This hotel oozes with personality (the decor was very beautiful) and the staff was very pleasant/helpful. Breakfast was good, beds were comfortable, and WiFi was strong. Rooms were a smidge small but had access to a private balcony facing the inner courtyard, which was convenient when you want to work on your computer outside.

Très bon hôtel situé dans le centre historique mais heureusement la route est pas loin donc pas besoin de transporter à pied ses bagages. Décoration orientale de l hôtel et des chambres. Toutes les chambres ont une vue sur une cour interne. Très bon petit déjeuner. Personnel très sympa. Surtout Roxanne qui est très très gentille et professionnelle!

I think Safiya is a brand new boutique hotel. It is tucked away in a little side alley, but within easy walking to the old city and all points of interest. Our room was rather small, but OK, the single beds firm, but with crisp clean linen. The bathroom definitely is too small, but has everything you need. I think we may have been the only guests at the time, because they did not open the breakfast room ; we were personally served at a time of our choosing with a delicious offering of eggs, pancakes, yogurt and fresh coffee. I have given 5 stars instead of 4, because the staff went out of their way to please. Thank you !

A very cute/quaint boutique hotel in an excellent location that is walking distance to everything, including a grocery shop. I enjoyed my stay, though the AC was a problem as it seemed to take a long time to cool the room. The room was very clean which is the important thing but it didn't have much amenities. Staff spoke English and were polite and helpful, but I think they are not used to running a hotel yet. Service was also good and breakfast was handled by a lady who certainly knows how to cook! All in all, I would stay here again.
