The Golden Minaret was very communicative from the start; they arranged a midnight pick-up from the train station and check-in was quick and easy. The location is right near all the walking spots & attractions and yet we’re surprised a how quiet the area was. The Aircon worked well (but it is only late March) and the shower had great water pressure (important to my wife). The beds are typical Middle East & Central Asia firm with good pillows (ask for a second!). The breakfast is decent; the 1st day we arrived at the start and enjoyed it. The 2nd day we arrived at 9:30, after our spa and hammam, and it was not as fresh and less offerings, but that was due to our late arrival. The multi-level terrace is quite nice, but there was no midday shade, but it is enjoyable for a sunset. Lastly, the young man at check-in arranged an excellent tour guide for our 5-hour city walk, which was outstanding.

Хочу оставить отзыв о гостинице. Мы с друзьями встречали Новый 2024 год. Мы очень довольны! Номер Люкс просторный, уютный, оборудован всем необходимым. Нам любезно предоставили все что захочется. И самое важное и приятное - разрешили встретить Новый год в компании родственников - наших гостей и гостей "Экипажа". Отличная гостиница, прекрасный персонал, безупречный сервис. Спасибо! Уверена, мы еще вернемся)

Great small hotel with the best terrace in Bukhara. On a tiny alleyway adjacent to the city walls, this is the best place to bring a bottle of wine in the evening and watch the sun set over the central ensemble. The room was modern, clean and overlooked a central courtyard. There was no “terrace” as described adjacent to the room, but the hike up to the roof for views more than made up for it. The staff were very helpful, laundry was available and well-priced, and their restaurant recommendations were on point. There was no restaurant (other than a good included breakfast) or bar as described online on my visit. They even hooked me up with a free transfer to the distant city train station on departure.

Attention ! Cet hôtel pratique le surbooking. Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 2 nuits. Confirmées la veille de notre arrivée par SMS/mail. À notre arrivée, l’hôtel était complet. Nous avons été relogés dans un autre hôtel aux chambres très petites et bruyantes, sans geste commercial. Par ailleurs, l’hôtel reporte alors la réservation d’un an où vous demande de l’annuler, ce qui ne permet pas de noter la prestation. La note affichée sur certains sites est ainsi faussée !

・屋上（レストランとなっている）からの眺めは最高。ただし食事のメニューはイマイチでローカル色にかける。 ・立地が良い：カランミナレットまで徒歩2-3分、アルク城も近い。少し歩けばレストランやショップも多い。 ・朝食が良い。果物や野菜の種類も多く、総菜の入ったパンもあり、充分満足できる。 ただしコーヒーはインスタント。 ・フロントの対応（タクシーの手配など）が良かった。 ・部屋は充分な広さでベッドも大きい。 ・まともなバスタブがあった。ただし、お湯の出が悪く、溜めるの時間がかかった。シャワーも弱い。 ・2日目は早朝出発で朝食ボックスを用意してくれたが、中身が超貧弱だった。 ・上のレストランの音が天井から響いて夜は遅くまでうるさかった。 ・ポットはおいてあったが、無料の水はない。
