This hotel is definitely not 4 star worthy. 3 star is what it should be. The staff were lovely. Food and drinks were great. But the hotel was over packed and busy, which I expected as it was summer holidays but only till you get there do you find out anyone can buy a pass to the pool. Therefore the swimming pool is so busy you can’t get sun loungers and the pool is overpacked with children. Not only this the restaurants are too open to the public. So the restaurants are hugely busy at times not finding a table of 5 for our family with random bits of the restaurant closed off this was very frustrating. The rooms were okay however mine was not sound proofed and next to the stairs so was awoken at 7am to loud clanking up and down. My air-con broke and the tv would turn on when it turned on so I slept poorly. Shower didn’t drain properly. On my final night I washed some clothes and hung them to dry over night, only to find out that the water from the pool above can spill on the balconies above and then drain directly into my balcony, disgusting. Over all for 5 nights I would have payed £400 max not the outrageous £900 I payed.

It’s a nice hotel but not quite 4 star. It’s very clean and the housekeeping is excellent. The food was varied and plentiful, I had no complaints about it whatsoever. Staff are all pleasant and helpful, they work hard to make it a good place. It was my first time in Malta and I wouldn’t rush back to be honest, but the hotel helped make it a nice week’s holiday for us. The rooftop bar and pool (adult only) was lovely. The patio doors block out noise incredibly well. We never heard a sound at night. The bed was very comfortable and we slept brilliantly.

Een enkel minpuntje: de airconditioning in de overigens mooie kamer 's maakt 's nachts nogal wat lawaai en ik ben een lichte slaper... Oordopjes zijn aangewezen. Wel een prachtig hotel, zeer goed uitgerust met vriendelijk, behulpzaam en efficiënt personeel. Zeer te spreken over de buffetformule. Dus werkelijk tevreden over mijn zevendaags verblijf in dit resort.

We have had a really great holiday all the staff are so nice especially parkash and anis they both made it special they are both so helpful and caring 10 out of 10 The entertainment staff were also great really good shows good for all the family 10 out of 10

Im Großen und Ganzen war es ein sehr gepflegtes Hotel, die Angestellten waren immer nett und freundlich, die Zimmer waren immer sauber und wurden ordentlich geputzt. Das Essen hat auch gepasst, die vorhandenen Brote beim Frühstück waren teilweise trocken, die Auswahl der Speisen war ok. Es gab noch 5 andere Restaurants, von denen wir eines besuchten, zuerst hieß es, dass die Getränke gratis sind, im Nachhinein hatten sie aber doch was gekostet, tlw sind Sachen im all inklusive dabei dann aber wieder nicht, darüber wird man im Vorhinein nicht informiert sondern erst wenn wann im Restaurant ist 😅 Die Liegen beim Pool waren auch in Ordnung, das Bier war zum Aushalten, hätte besseres geben können wie in der oberen Bar (Kosy Bar). ACHTUNG vor der Nine Lives Bar, dort werden 20€ pro Liege am Strand verlangt, welche nicht gerade den Preis wert sind, die Liegen und Sonnenschirme sind heruntergekommen, tlw kaputt, schmutzig und vergammelt. Wir hatten dennoch einen schönen Urlaub und konnten uns gut erholen 😊👍🏼

Just back from 8 days here, very enjoyable holiday. We took the All Inclusive Plus pption, well worth the additional money for the choice of restaurants every night. The staff in the Lounge are fantastic, brilliant service, great breakfasts as well. Highly recommend

Excellent hotel . Very friendly. Food very good for all inclusive . We paid for the all inclusive plus package , which I would recommend. Premium wines at dinner and branded drinks in all bars . Also you have a private lounge for breakfast and its open all day for snacks and drinks . Want to particularly mention some staff for their hospitality. Always there to serve and very polite and happy with helping you . Puskar and Ranjib serving in the lounge . Superb cocktails and service with a smile . Also Annis . The chef in the lounge for making our omelette that extra special every day . Finishing touches and always welcoming at breakfast . Cannot fault any of the staff. From the cleaners through to management . They did everything they could to make our stay special .Cleanliness of pool area and all amenities was a credit to all the team .

Nous venons de passer une semaine dans cet hôtel où nous avons été bien reçus. Très bonne literie, très bien placé, spectacles tous les soirs très appréciés (dommage que les animateurs ne présentent pas les spectacles en anglais mais également en français). Pour l'hôtel, petit bémol : trop peu d'hôtesses d'accueil parlent le français. Cependant, mention spéciale à Hicham pour sa qualité d'accueil et d'écoute (parle français), sa sympathie et son sourire. Merci Hicham.

Hotel was lovely looking and great location. Chose this hotel as had different restaurant options but unfortunately when trying to book on first day some were unavailable. We have stayed in many 4 star hotels but although plenty choices of food in the buffet restaurant we found the quality was not up to the level we have experienced at other hotels. The other 3 restaurants we managed to get bookings for had very good food. We had booked the All inclusive plus option which gave us access to the lounge where breakfast and snacks were served and this was 4 star quality. The hotel does not provide skimmed milk, which for a 4 star was unusual, we bought some locally and the staff in the lounge very kindly kept it in the fridge for my wife. The service in the lounge from all staff was excellent, especially Puskar, Ranjib who also gave us more information about the hotel facilities than the reception did at check in also the tall chef (can’t remember his name) but was always cheerful and brightened our day, all of whom would make us return to this hotel.
