Gym 1/5 - access to the Caniflor Hotel gym, sister hotel is given, but the equipment is all old, broken or insufficient. Better to just go to the outdoor park.
Sauna 3/5 - again at Caniflor hotel, but need to ask to use in advance. I didn’t end up using - but it looked OK.
Sleep - 2/5 - mattress springs were a bit worn, could hear the water pipes most of the night.
Breakfast - 3/5 passable breakfast, at the price point of the hotel, it’s good value. Bread, some salad, ham, cheese, yoghurt, cereals, some fruit, eggs, beans, bacon and sausages. Coffee and juices to drink.
Beach - Just the rocky beaches of St Paul’s nearby.

The hotel is OK, in line with the price, but you can't complain. The staff is very nice and helpful, the breakfast is good.
Tip: There is no shampoo or shower gel, it's best to take a small one with you.

I know it is a 3 star hotel but no shampoo and shower gel, only 2 bar soap is there. Telephone not working.
