The breakfast was normal, the front desk guy had a good service attitude and helped print the next flight ticket. It was very convenient to visit the attractions around, and restaurants and supermarkets were very close. The only bad thing was the elevator, which was very slow

I stayed here for two nights while sightseeing in Buenos Aires, and it was a very comfortable stay. First of all, the location was great, within walking distance to the city center, the room was clean, and the room was properly made every day. It was also quiet at night, so I slept soundly. It would have been even better if there weren't any money changers yelling outside, haha.

the most beautiful hotel in Latin America i had ever visited!! big, spacious room with very high ceilings, pretty renovated, I highly recommend this place!! the employees speak English and always stay in touch to help with any question. the location is also good, close to the old center of Buenos Aires. i would go back to this place again 🥺

The hotel is located near the obelisk with lots of food options. As the building seems quite old, there’s a lot of squeaky sounds made when people upstairs walk around which may affect light sleepers. There are small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, comb, shower cap, sanitary bag, cotton pad provided. There’s also shower gel and body lotion and other amenities maybe but those were not provided in my room when I checked in and I only found out when I saw the house cleaning cart. No hot water kettle is in the room, no tissue paper, no complimentary water, no usb charging port. The shower door cannot close properly so water splashes out. The pool is closed during winter which is sad as I chose this hotel to have a pool to swim. Florencia at the reception was extremely helpful and helped me with money exchange too (very good rates available)! Thanks

This hotel is located in the city center of Buenos Aires, very close to the Obelisk and the Colon Theater. It is also close to the subway and bus station. The transportation is convenient. There are many shops and restaurants around, and it is easy to go out to do errands. Very convenient. The hotel has a nice interior environment. The room is large and has three beds. It's very comfortable and enjoyable to stay in. In particular, the hotel staff are warm and hospitable. I am particularly grateful to one of the very amiable old gentlemen at the front desk. He speaks good English and helped us answer many questions. He also lent us a bus card (which can be recharged by ourselves). , let us go out and take the bus and save a lot of things. I would like to praise and thank you here! All in all, this is a good hotel worth recommending.

The apartment is good and well equipped. But we spent a very bad moment when check in asked us for the credit card, copied both sides and entered it in your systems.

The service is very good. If you need to check out early due to emergency, the front desk will refund the fee immediately. The location of the hotel is also very good, the surrounding environment is quiet and safe. The overall cost performance is relatively high.

Well located basic hotel. Just a few minutes walk to the subway. There is a laundry just across the road,a supermarket within 3 minutes walk,a few cafes and restaurants too. The bathrooms in both our rooms were very very tiny and challenging to get around and in/out the bathtub. We were there for 8 days,the floors were never cleaned.
