The front desk was always amazing for us. They even allowed us to store our luggage when we arrived early. Very accommodating and kind. Not only WOULD I use them again, I DID use them again. The WiFi worked. The AC worked. And it was clean.

If you are looking for a budget solution it is ok. Expect no perks. There is no coffee or breakfast. The location is great and close to many great cafes and restaurants.

Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff with a 24hr font desk. Comfortable room with everything you need. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend.

The worst experience of my life. This hotel ripped me off. He made me pay 50 percent in advance and when I arrived and because I had problems with my cards they did not let me enter the room. I checked in at 3am when I managed to pay the overage and because I was freezing at reception. When I entered the room it was terrible, the air didn't work, the water discharge. Due to my annoyance and complaint, the receptionist noted that I was having an anxiety crisis. Please don't scam people. The sector is not San Telmo, it is close to Independence, a dangerous area of Buenos Aires. The next morning I looked for another hotel and lost the payment for six nights that I made in this one because neither booking nor the hotel responded. Then I found out that by law I had the right to spend the first night and more if I had already paid 50 percent of the accommodation.
