Very nice hotel with brilliant friendly staff. Good location for a short stay near some of the sites and great transport links. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for accommodation in this area.

Beautiful hotel, amazing location and kind, friendly and helpful staff. We stayed for a few days and loved the full experience. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Delicious breakfast. We just came back from our stay at this hotel and our experience there was fantastic! The hotel location was excellent, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was absolutely amazing! Every single person that works at this hotel went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was fantastic experience. They arranged experiences, recommend great restaurants, and catered to our every need! Loved our stay here!

Nous avons séjourné deux nuits au Carles. Tout était très bien ! La propreté est impeccable, la literie confortable, la chambre bien décorée et spacieuse et l’accueil est parfait. Le personnel est vraiment gentil, serviable et professionnel. Autre point important, l’hôtel est très bien situé. On peut tout faire à pied, il y a deux stations de métro à moins de cinq minutes de part et d’autre de l’hôtel. La gare principale est à peine située plus loin et les bus principaux pour se rendre dans les quartiers touristiques tels que le Caminito passent devant l’hôtel. Nous reviendrons à coup sûr si nous sommes à Buenos Aires !

We stayed at the Carles Hotel on the recommendation of a friend who had stayed here when visiting from London and we were delighted with his recommendation. The hotel is centrally located in a good area of town. The bedroom and bathroom are well furnished and comfortable and there is a small roof terrace on the top floor which is lovely to sit on with a drink after a day sightseeing. Breakfast is excellent and the staff both in the restaurant and reception are very friendly and speak good English. We would also highly recommend this hotel.
