Hotel bien ubicado en Palermo, con un servicio que deja bastante que desear. Supuestamente la habitación tenía jacuzzi pero no funcionaba, el tv no era smart y para peor nos cobraron mas de 100usd por que mis hijos pequeños mancharon sin querer algunas piezas de ropa de cama con leche. INSÓLITO. El desayuno pobre, casi todo envasado, medias lunas recalentadas, no lo recomiendo, menos para ir con niños, el balcón es inseguro y no cuenta con áreas de recreación para ellos, sector de pileta cerrado ni siquiera para estar ahí. No volveremos.

Que linda experiencia me llevé de haber parado en ba Sohotel , súper limpio, la ubicación es excelente tanto como para llegar desde el aeropuerto como para pasear a la noche, las habitaciones son muy cómodas y el desayuno es super variado y riquísimo ! Ni hablar de la calidez del hotel y los empleados! Me sentí como en mi casa! Súper recomendable !

Súper ruidoso, muy mala higiene y la atención fue pésima. La verdad nos llevamos una muy mala experiencia, y por el precio que pagamos parecía que valía la pena. No lo recomiendo, hay mucho por mejorar, fuimos de vacaciones y fue lo único feo del viaje!

Estupendo hotel en el centro de Palermo
Es un hotel agradable y cómodo en pleno barrio de Palermo, con gran cantidad de opciones para comer, cenar, cafés, tiendas, etc a pie.
El staff del hotel es muy agradable y profesional. Sin duda repetiremos hotel en nuestra siguiente visita a Buenos Aires

Hotel estupendo en Palermo Soho
La estancia ha sido muy agradable. El hotel es pequeño pero ll habitación estaba bien y el personal del hotel a cualquier hora ha sido muy amable, profesional y simpático.
Además estaba situado muy buen, en Palermo, con gran número de cafés, restaurantes, etc, estupendos para ir tanto de día como de noche con tranquilidad.
Muy recomendable a todos los viajeros a Buenos Aires

Ótima localização, com lojas e restaurantes por perto. Atendimento cortês. Tinha adaptadores para emprestar (as tomadas da Argentina são totalmente diferentes das nossas). Café da manhã simples, mas não faltou nada.

Despite having an initial glitch trying to check-in as they hadn’t accepted payment yet from Orbitz, the team working here is fantastic and willing to help with anything!! Mybsafe was broken when I arrived and I asked them to fix it three times but finally just gave up. It’s an older building. The pool and “hot tub” area are very outdated and worn.The shower equipment. Was broken. The WiFi was excellent and I had a beautiful balcony with a view.breakfast is very simple and served in the basement in a workroom environment.The location is outstanding in Palermo and everything is safe and very walkable! Overall, I’d stay again for the value and team working there.
