The water was brown and there was no hot water. The key and code to the first room they gave us didn’t work and we had to go down twice to explain that. The a/c also didn’t work well.

Me encantó el lugar, tiene muy buena ubicación, el desayuno es muy abundante y rico.. Es muy seguro, cuenta con seguridad y al tener el parque en frente es muy tranquilo. Cuenta con gimnasio, pileta, juegos infantiles y espacio de recreación al aire libre.

Pagué USD 250 por una habitación doble. El estado general del hotel es de uno viejo que le han lavado la cara. Hay olor a humedad. En la cocina del departamento hay naftalina en los cajones (?????) Desayuno bueno La Wi Fi mala La ducha tenía mala presión y difícil de regular. No puede ser que te cobren USD 250 y el shampoo y los jabones sean los que vienen en sobres pre envasados como en un hotel de 2 estrellas

Hotel com excelente localização, próximo do estádio Monumental com uma distância mínima de 20 min a pé. Quartos amplos, com cozinha equipada e super confortável e limpo. Staff do hotel são maravilhosos Sra Tânia e Gabriel muito gentis. Amei me hospedar no Pampa Plaza e com toda certeza voltarei novamente.

Me hospede una semana por trabajo. Pésimo el servicio. Habia ropa interior de otra persona en mi habitación cuando llegué, no habia agua caliente en la ducha, las habitaciones no tienen secador de pelo(hay uno solo en todo el hotel y a pesar de haberlo pedido con anticipación nunca pude usarlo), no cambian los toallones. Habian hormigas rojas en el baño y en las sábanas. Habian cucarachas muertas en el suelo. El gimnasio estaba empapado por las pérdidas de agua del techo. La entrada del hotel no tiene picaporte. El hotel es viejo y antiguo. La gente de recepción no se preocupó por los reclamos en ningún momento. Tuvimos que esperar a que el recepcionista dejara de fumar para poder ingresar al hotel porque no funcionaba el ingreso al mismo. No cumple con las características de un hotel de esa categoría. No recomiendo el hotel en absoluto. No cumple con las condiciones básicas de limpieza y mantenimiento.
