Selecionei a oferta Uau! no Decolar (Latam Pass) e dos 3 hotéis me deram o pior, um hotel sujo, mal cuidado, toalhas sujas, quarto sujo, foi um a péssima experiência, e o pior de tudo foi que convidei amigos pra essa viagem e se hospedaram no mesmo hotel, num quarto quente, sem ar condicionado, somente um aquecedor que soprava ar quente dia e noite. Foi a pior experiência de hotéis que já passei na minha vida!

I booked this hotel through a booking agent, and it turned out to be a complete nightmare. When I arrived, the property was under construction and had no internet access, which was essential for me since I had to work remotely during my stay. I explained this to the front desk, and they acknowledged the issue. The manager told me to contact my booking agent, which I did. The agent gave me an email address for the hotel to send a refund authorization. I gave this information to the staff, waited in the lobby, and was told the email had been sent. Trusting their word, I left the property and booked another hotel out of pocket. A week later, I was informed that the email was never received, and now no one at the hotel can be reached—phones disconnected, website offline. I was left with a full charge for a stay I never used, despite following every instruction and acting in good faith. This is dishonesty at best and outright fraud at worst. They misrepresented the property, failed to deliver basic services, and then disappeared when it was time to issue the agreed-upon refund. Avoid this place and book elsewhere. No traveler should have to deal with this kind of shady behavior.

Fui e não fiquei as 5 diárias .Dormi a única numa cadeira com nojo e medo.Cama com roupas de cama suja,banheiro com uma banheiro suja água escura saindo da banheira,paredes sujas,,sem internet,sem sistema ,anotavam tudo na receopcso em papel um calor intenso sem telefone,enfim “hotel dos horrores” pela manhã peguei minha mala e fui para outro hotel a recepção ficou de fazer o cancelamento,solicitei a decolar no mesmo momento e até agora nada ,fui roubada e enganada fujam desse hotel ! Não acreditem na descrição feita a ele se for nota é zero !
