Good location, clean, good value.
Lack of personnel on property is a problem.
Arrival was OK. Emailed arrival instructions (entry codes, location of room key, etc ) OK.
Departure a problem. Nobody at desk 10am, front door wouldn't open when late departing to train station. Not sure how I finally got it to open. Left keys on desk, concerned nobody to whom to give and confirm received.

La ubicación es excelente. El departamento cómodo para 3 personas. Pero hay varias cosas q tiene que mejorar. La limpieza es cada 5 o 6 dias. Recambio de tohallas también cada 5 o 6 días. Las sabanas y las tohallas en mal estado: rotas y manchadas. El balcón q me tocó daba a un edificio viejo q esta al lado y la verdad la vista era espantosa. Las varadas del balcón tenían mugre pegada. En realidad le falta limpieza

Maintenance (no hot water in bath sink, very weak water pressure in shower, poor walls cleanliness in halls and apartment).
Very good internet system. Easy check in and out.

Muy satisfecho con la relación precio producto.
Muy cómodo el departamento tanto por las instalaciones como por la ubicación. Limpio y equipado. Quizás un poco más de limpieza, no se veía reluciente pero sí limpio. Algunos detalles de falta de mantenimiento propios del desgaste por el uso en algunas cosas, también podrían estar atentos a eso.

Decepcionante
El recepcionista nada agradable.
Pedi separar las camas ya que el depto era para tres personas y no lo hicicieron
Tenían un sillón cama roto, las sábanas estaban rotas y el colchón era híper fino.
La cama de dos plazas súper incomoda, se notaban los alambres/resortes
El edificio y depto es moderno pero le falta mantenimiento, cambio de colchón, sillón roto, sábanas viejas.

Se inundo todo el depto con eso sufiçiente no?
La verdad terrible, el dia que llegamos se rompio un caño se inundo el depto completo , el pasillo , los deptos vecinos y nunca nos contesto nadie de la administracion ,(creo que la falta de un rol de emergencias fue lo peor, sin recepcionosta que atienda este problema) un peligro si habia enchufes podia ocurrir una desgracia, eso denota la falta de mantenimiento del lugar.. Tuvimos que autoevacuarnos a otro depto que habia alquilado mi hna en el mismo edificio para 3 personas y dormir los 5 ahi, y mi marido ayudar a sacar a sacar el agua del pasillo con vecino que tb estaba de vacaciones , el acolchado manchado , los pocillos engrasados , muy lamentable ...

Excelente ubicación, buenas prestaciones.
El departamento fue bastante amplio y cómodo, bien equipado y limpio. Como aspectos negativos podría mencionar la poca cantidad de enchufes, y la mampara del baño.
El edificio en general bastante bien, y la ubicación excelente.
