Great hotel in a perfect location. I was alone but it was safe - you can't enter the hotel until the receptionist presses the button to open the front door. The old building creates a mood, a very cozy hotel. Good area - you can walk to most of the sights, a lot of people during the day and in the evening - it feels safe. Lots of cafes and shops around.

Hospedagem maravilhosa!!! As instalações são ótimas, modernas, aconchegantes e estilosas. A infraestrutura é super, não há descrição que caiba, só quem vai sabe. O restaurante também é ótimo, cardápio gostoso, diversificado e com preços excelentes!! Ah, a educação e presteza dos funcionários não tem igual!

El horario de check in es a las 15 y el check out a las 10. Hice una reserva, llegué a las 15 en punto y la habitación no estaba preparada (en 5 horas no tuvieron tiempo). La recepcionista, con muy poca amabilidad, me dijo que vaya a almorzar y vuelva. La habitación que me asignaron tenía una puerta de madera cachada, manchada con pintura y sin aceite en las bisagras (hacía tanto ruido que parecía película de terror).Eramos 2 personas, nos dieron una sola toalla de mano y un solo mini jabón. En la zona de la ducha y en el lavatorio no hay jabonera. Las cortinas de la habitación estaban manchadas y sucias. No dan desayuno por "la pandemia"

This is a very, very old private home converted into a hotel with very basic facilities and old fashioned beds and furniture. The bathroom is very small and uncomfortable.
The staff is friendly, helpful and doing the best they can in a very old building. In particular, Cynthia and Luis are very
helpful in every way. We will never stay again in a poorly maintained place like this.

En de wijk Recoleta, op 10 minuten lopen van La Recoleta begraafplaats, is dit hotel gevestigd. De inrichting is erg sober, ongezellig eigenlijk. Het personeel helpt je maar het voelt simpelweg niet van harte. (Ik had weken van tevoren tot 2 maal toe een mail gestuurd die niet werd beantwoord. Dit had al een indicatie kunnen zijn) Het hotel is 24 uur bemand. Je kunt zelf niet de buitendeur bedienen. We hadden kamer 32. De gordijnen waren kapot, alles was gedateerd en het was er stoffig. Het sanitair voldeed, maar de straal van de douche was te hard en liet zich lastig bedienen. Het ontbijt was een aanfluiting. Een paar geroosterde boterhammen met zoet en dat was het. De ontbijtruimte is niet gezellig. De enige dame die er werkte was niet met gasten bezig. Doe dan geen ontbijt! Ondanks dat het een drukke straat ligt was het er ‘s nachts rustig. Het hotel ligt ca 15 taxi-minuten van Palermo en 20 taxi-minuten naar de andere kant San Telmo. Ik denk dat er voor die prijs betere alternatieven zijn in Buenos Aires. 56 punten

The hotel is located in a noisy area (not the hotel’s fault, just saying) but apart from that my stay was perfect! This is a boutique hotel that has been renovated and maintained very well. The elevator is very small so be prepared to take the stairs during busy morning hours. The front desk staff were all very helpful and friendly. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Buenos Aires.
