Excelente hospedagem!
O hotel é, sem dúvidas, uma excelente opção para ficar em Buenos Aires. Bem localizado, muito próximo da Avenida Corrientes, onde é o foco do comércio. Andando uns 8 minutos a pé, chegará ao Obelisco. Em 5 minutos a pé, estará em uma estação de metrô que liga toda a cidade.
Café da manhã é pago à parte, mas isso parece ser um costume de quase todas as hospedagens em Buenos Aires.
O quarto que fiquei era muito bom. Tinha um quarto auxiliar para solteiro/filho. Teto bem alto, banheira bem limpa, a limpeza diária foi muito boa. Decoração do quarto no estilo medieval. 3 sacadas. Banheira em perfeito funcionamento (aquecimento e hidromassagem).
Terraço do hotel ainda tinha uma área de convivência muito bonita.
Sem dúvidas, retornando à cidade, este hotel seria minha primeira opção.
Ressalto o atendimento na recepção do funcionário Juan, muito cordial e simpático.

Do not trust the pictures
Don’t trust the pictures from the listing, this place is a scam … My room (# 112) looked nothing like what they advertised. I didn’t stay the night and of course they refused to give me a refund.

Hotel super ruidoso en sus habitaciones, alquile varias veces. Algunas habitaciones muy mal iluminadas, otras a la calle sin reparos acústicos, incluso alquile una habitación que al hacer el check in me informaron no tenía aire, por rotura.Un infierno! Y no tenían otra para asignarme. Habiendo reservado con anterioridad. El desayuno es sumamente lento el servicio. Mal organizado. Y la atención de la recepción es escasa en cordialidad y amabilidad. Fui varias veces, y cada vez la atención, servicio y calidad fue en detrimento. Aprovechan la ubicación que es muy buena. Nada más

Es un hotel muy bien ubicado, no bien atendido, no son muy amables ni atentos. Fui en varias oportunidades, la última fue decisiva, tenía la habitación reservada y paga con anterioridad y me dieron una sin aire acondicionado, por lo cual me hicieron un descuento, no obstante además no estaba hecha, siendo ya más del horario de ingreso acordado y con una gran cantidad de detalles de mantenimiento y falta de atención. Las habitaciones que me fueron ofreciendo a lo largo de mis 4 estadías fueron de mal en peor. Hasta que decidimos no ir más! No mantienen un estándar en la calidad de las habitaciones, sin embargo el precio siempre fue en ascenso. Ni jamás tuvieron una consideración para mi familia que ya era clienta del lugar, al menos para ofrecerme la misma habitación y no opciones peores. El desayuno es un desastre, muy mal atendido y sumamente lento. Además de que hay que pagarlo bien aparte. En suma, lugar no recomendable!
