Fuimos a hacer una visa y esta en una ubicacion excelente, habitacion espaciosa tipo apart. Muy cerca del Rosedal, en una de las mejores zonas de Capital Federal.

Llegié un dia frio y no andaba el aire, unica fuente de calor. Estaba una chica Stefi que no dio el mejor trato. Era el dia del censo, estaba el lugar como desolado. Luego nos cambiaron. Falta de pintura, baño se inundaba, hongos en cortina de bñack out, sin utensillos para cocija acorde. No.logramos nos den dos tarjetas de ingreso a la habitacion pese a que eramos 2 personas. No lo solucionaron en 4 dias dd estadia. En fin segunda vez que iba. La anterior no noté esto. Se nota no tienen nivel de atencion. No volveré

La ubicación es excelente; cerca de Av. Santa Fe y bosques de Palermo. A pocas cuadras del Subte. El departamento es amplio, prolijo y con buen mantenimiento. Le falta bastante equipamiento del sector cocina: no hay, por ejemplo, repasadores, servilletas, ni papel de cocina; tampoco cuenta con pava eléctrica. El dormitorio es bastante amplio y la cama cómoda; la falta de mesas de noche y veladores incomodan bastante, como también el ruido del equipo de aire.

NOS ATENDIO EL ENCARGADO Y NOS COBRO UNA LOCURA, AL PARECER LOS DUEÑOS NO ESTABAN ENTERADOS DEL NEGOCIO APARTE QUE TENIA ESTA PERSONA, SE ENTERARON DE LO OCURRIDO PERO NUNCA ME LLAMARON. Don't be guided by the photos. They are a total lie. We stayed in two apartments. One with my children and the other with my wife. Dirty, the TV didn't work, the internet didn't work. The towels were dirty. They never replaced the toilet paper. They never gave me an answer. I wouldn't go back. Lamentable.

Excelente ubicación. Ideal para quien va a tramitar la visa estafounidense. Te moves caminando. Cerca del ecoparque, del jardin japones,del jardín botanico. La atención de los chicos fue siempre muy amable. Lo unico a mejorar es la falta de utensilios. En nuestro caso nos arreglamos bien, pero había faltante de cubiertos.
