Firstly, in the trip.com written only location but there no indication of what they should provide. So every time I had to ask. Secondly, there is no cleaning at all. Everywhere spider webs ( attached also photo) Thirdly, they do every single day laundry and that noise of laundry machine from morning starts to greet you. Lastly, in the shower there was a big hairball( I attached the picture). They never come to clean my room. There is no stopper for bed or bed sheets just strange Untucked sheet that you can feel the mattress 😅. Right in front of you smell of pee and garbage Ben when just open the building door. Also I asked the administrator to provide me plug just for that stay which he’s answer was no you have to buy your own I think ne of nessacery small thing to invest for your turist stay as Im European I will not need to have that plug in Eu😅
