The virtual service for check-in may not be suitable for every customer due to an issue of pairing with the electronic door locker. It takes time to get assistance and resolve the issue. It’s advised the entry card should be backed up for the condition if required.

I’m so amazed by the quality I get for such a low price. The staff replied quickly to my questions. However, you need to check in again using their own portal and then you need to reserve a credit card for them in case of damages. There’s air conditioning in the room so it’s perfect. Even there’s a washing machine with a washing pod ready for you.

Company has around 20 apartments in this new building. Check is online via app, you will get code from box where is card. Check out is at 10 this is little bit early. Apartments are quite good averyone has aircondition and some has a balcony.

Clean and big apartment. You have everything you need for cooking - utensils, salt. The place is close to the metro station too.

Very bad and never use it

I rarely comment on accommodation issues, but this apartment is really terrible. 1: If you don't have a college English level of CET-6, you can definitely book it. Checking in is harder than taking the IELTS. 2: The room does not support password and key designated APP mobile phone unlocking. If you forget to bring your phone when you go out, you have to sleep on the street. 3: The kitchen utensils in the house are extremely unhygienic, which is disgusting as the main facilities of an apartment hotel. 4: Check-out time is too early. At 10 o'clock in the morning, many travelers are not ready.

The room is large in size and equipped with kitchen utensils and tableware, a coffee machine, a sofa bed and a TV. The room is clean and smell-free. There is an oversized refrigerator. It was very tiring and stressful to do everything online. It would be better if you could put a person there who was interested. The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. There was a broken drain in the shower but it was okay.

Very poor, did not send an email in advance to inform the check-in process before check-in. There is no front desk, no luggage storage, these are not clearly informed. Completely self catering. There are several shops mixed together in the apartment, and there is no security. The people who live there are mixed. The price is not cheap.
