The front desk staff collected a deposit in Euro cash, but when returning it, they said that Euro cash could not be returned but only converted into HUF cash. Although the exchange rate loss was not much, it showed the defects and shortcomings of the front desk service.

Very nice hotel with a magnificent spa: it's a shame the hammam was out of service for the entire stay.
Efficient reception and restaurant service.
Very varied breakfast with local products.
No fresh orange juice, but several smoothies are served.
Omelettes made to order.
Rooms well soundproofed.
Some overlook the central atrium (don't think about ventilating during restaurant hours).
Nice bathroom with shower and bathtub.
Faucets need to be updated (fluctuating temperatures during the shower). Poor-quality toiletries.
Spacious rooms with a sitting area.
A little chocolate on the pillow is a one-in-three-time treat.
